Laurie Mountford founded Caregiver Services in 2002 and Country Home Care in 2005. She sold Caregiver Services in 2014 to devote more time to Country Home Care.

Prior to starting her companies Laurie worked in non-profit companies with seniors and horseback riding for disabled people.

In 2004, she completed a comprehensive course on priority senior issues conducted by the Canadian Academy of Senior Advisors. Successful participants complete a thorough examination to earn the Certified Professional Consultant on Aging, CPCA designation. She has taken this educational initiative to become a professional leader in meeting the key needs and issues concerning our seniors.

Laurie's primary goals are to provide seniors with a home environment where independence and choices are provided despite personal challenges, also assistance and companionship are at the comfort of the individuals pace.
